Mr. Brown has served as lead counsel in the defense of hundreds of high profile, high exposure civil litigation cases. He has first-chaired numerous significant jury trials to verdict in state and federal courts. His experience includes the successful defense of class actions, professional malpractice claims, catastrophic injury lawsuits, complex business/commercial cases and insurance coverage disputes. He works for the defense. He is a trial counselor.
Mr. Brown has a peer review rating of AV in Martindale-Hubbell and is a member of the Virginia and North Carolina State Bars.
