Ms. Tyndall defends businesses and professionals facing significant liability as a result of litigation. As lead counsel, she has defended businesses threatened by claims of catastrophic personal injury ranging from paralysis to permanent brain injury. Her experience also includes the defense of nearly every type of professional threatened by claims of alleged malpractice and the analysis and negotiation of significant insurance coverage disputes. Ms. Tyndall works for the defense. She is a trial counselor.
